Poblado Ghuest House Internal Regulations

In compliance with decree 1964 of December 6, 2016, Doryflane S.A.S implements this “Hotel Registration Cards” system in which our guests receive and agree to respect our internal guest regulations.

This regulation printed on the receipt given to the guest can be consulted in Spanish and English:

  1.  At the time of check-in, all guests must present a valid identification document. 
  2. In accordance with law 1581 of 2012, the decree 1377 of 2013 and the decree 1074 of 2015, we respect the privacy of the guest data and will not share any information with commercial institutions. 
  3. In accordance with resolution 1238 of 2018 (Immigration Report), your passport information, arrival date and departure date will be reported to the migratory services through the Colombian government’s platform SIRE. 
  4. The guest commits to not engaging in the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (CSEC), prohibited under Law 1336 of 2009. Violations will be reported, and the establishment may charge the guest a fine of up to 50,000,000 COP. 
  5. We invite our guests to review our sustainability policy, available on our website, in which we outline our commitment to developing practices that help reduce the negative impact on social, cultural, environmental, and economic aspects caused by our services and business activities. 
  6. Visits are not allowed without prior authorization from the accommodation. 
  7. The number of people hosted in the room cannot exceed the assigned capacity. 
  8. Pets are not allowed, for the comfort of all guests. 
  9. It is prohibited to bring firearms, explosives, flammable substances or similar items. Law 2535 of 1993. 
  10. Payment must be done in advance or at check in. No refunds will be given after check-in. 
  11. To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit must be made, 14 days prior to the check-in date. 
  12. High music volume is not allowed in the common areas or rooms, including the use of portable speakers. 
  13. Please limit the use of common areas between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to respect the rest of other guests and neighbors. Parties and events are not allowed, and playing music on any device is prohibited during these hours. 
  14. It is strictly prohibited to take away implements from the room and apartments like: towels, bed sheets, blankets, remote control, cookware, among others, it will be automatically loaded to the bill. 
  15. Any damage or loss of furniture or similar items caused by the guest must be paid for in accordance with the value established by the company. 
  16. At the moment of the Check Out leave the key inside the room over the bed or desk. 
  17. Check-in is at 2:00 P.M. and Check Out it is at 11:30 A.M. After 12:00 P.M. The establishment is authorized to remove the guest’s belongings, and place them in reception or storage without responsibility or liability. 
  18. Poblado Guest House is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items within the premises. 
  19. Reception hours are from 7:30 A.M. to 9:30 P.M. From 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. We will attend to emergencies only, and we do not have room service. 
  20.  Room cleaning is done every day upon request between 2 P.M. and 5 P.M. 
  21. The accommodation contract may be terminated without refund, and a fine of up to 10.000.000 COP may be imposed as a result of:
    A. Violation of any regulation detailed in this document. 
    B. Committing faults to morality and good habits disturbing others.
  22. The lodging contract will be terminated without refund, with a penalty of COP $10,000,000 and immediate expulsion from the establishment in case of parties, possession or consumption of psychotropic substances, or solicitation of prostitution services. 
  23. By the fact of having signed the registration, the guest declares to accept in all its parts the present internal regulation.
