At what time does check-in start?
The engtry hour to the rooms is from 14:00h, however, if you wish, you can store your luggage in reception while the room miss being emptied and cleaned.
At what time is the check-out?
The latest for you to leave your rooms is 11:30 a.m. but feel free to stay in the common areas of the apartment, and, if you wish, we can store your luggage within reception hours.
Which Schedule does the reception handle?
Reception hours are from 7:00h to 22:00h continuous.
If I did my reservation with anticipation, is it posible for me to arrive reception hours?
Our team is willing to receive you, but we ask you that you let us know you arrival the schedule with anticipation, this because we do not handle 24-hour reception.
Is the neighborhood safe?
As every big city, precautions need to be taken, or as we say in Colombia “Don’t give papaya”. Usually the neighborhood is very safe, but it does not hurt to take precautions, especially at night and early morning hours.
Are visits allowed?
Visitors are authorized before 18:00h, because the person that is goig to come in needs to show his or her ID and can stay in the place until 22:00h, because the other guests need to rest. Besides, partys, drugs use and prostitution are NOT allowed in Poblado Guest House.
